Equipment and Tools Required

You'll need the following equipment as a minimum:
  • Hacksaw
  • Vice and work bench
  • Scale
  • Square
  • Hand Files
  • Hand Drill
  • Center Punch
  • Drill bits
  • Welder
  • Wrenches
The following equipment is desirable and will make your life easier and produce a much better kart lift:
  • Drill Press
  • Cut-off Saw or
  • Band Saw
  • Transfer Punch
  • Bench Grinder
  • Angle Grinder
  • 5" Air Sander/Grinder
  • Assorted Clamps
